I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly and there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances, I work on a prebook basis and plan accordingly. I kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24-48 hours BEFORE your appointment, so that I may better accommodate all of my guest. Failure to do so will result in Service fee of 50% of the scheduled service/services for that day and may result in a required deposit for future appointments.
